This was the original title of Magical Angel Creamy Mami as seen in the May 1983 issue of Animage.
Differences:
Megumi Ayase was named Kaori Ayase (綾瀬かおり). I have also seen mention of her also being called Saeko (冴子) at some point but I can’t confirm this.
Parthenon Productions (パルテノン) is written as Partherun (パルテルン) .
