Swing Party was first released by Takara in 1984. Contains a flocked bear, elephant, and cow for ¥780. There are also Sanrio ones released later.
I don’t have much other information on this toy line.
There were also ones released of the Sanrio characters Goro and Don from Goropikadon. I assume Pika exists as well.
